Prairie Gold Tallow Co. started with a simple idea: to make good skincare the old-fashioned way—with simple, recognizable ingredients we can feel good about putting on our skin.

What began as a small idea quickly grew into something we were genuinely excited about. As we learned more about the benefits of tallow and started experimenting with our own recipes, we realized we wanted to create skincare that was simple, wholesome, and made with care.

We chose the name Prairie Gold because it represents where we live and the values we believe in—hard work, simplicity, family, and making the most of what we have.

Our products are made in small batches, with carefully chosen ingredients and plenty of attention to detail. We’re not trying to make complicated skincare. We’re simply trying to make something good.

Beef suet only. That is kidney fat, from grass-fed cattle in Alberta. We do not use trim, caul, or any other source.
